Meet Katya

A qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and mindfulness instructor, Katya is dedicated to improving the lives and mental health of her clients.

Specialising in anxiety, depression and trauma, Katya can help with a range of issues including sexual abuse, childhood trauma, domestic abuse, relationships, work stress, bereavement, suicide, and gender identity.

Location

The therapy room is based in the Victorian mansion house at the Salomons Estate in Tunbridge Wells, which has over 30 acres of tranquil gardens, parklands and woodland. The estate has free parking and is easily accessible from Tunbridge Wells and nearby towns and villages.

Anyone looking for counselling in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks, and the surrounding areas of Southborough, Rusthall, Speldhurst and Langton Green, are welcome at Lighthearts. Sessions are done in person so as to best connect with you and provide practical and empathetic support, however online sessions can be provided if you have difficulty with mobility or illness.

The therapy room provides a calm and relaxing setting to begin your recovery. If you’d feel more comfortable walking and talking, the beautiful grounds at the estate can also be used for walking therapy.
